18 Months!

This little cutie is 18 months today!!

He is growing. He is keeping us busy. He is loved. 

LOVES

Food (Blueberries are his favorite.). Music. Facetime with Luke on the phone. School. Walking outside in direct sunlight. Swimming and splashing. Hats and shoes (Will keep them on for hours). Daddy. Sink baths at Miss E and Boots. Hank. Pop. Being entertained by Uncle Grant.  

Not A Fan Of

Diaper changes. Not being able to see Daddy.

Benjamin has been slow to get his teeth.  He only has the bottom two but the top are ready to push through. This kid has some thick gums.

 Poor little guy, I think they all may be coming in at the same time! 

The newest addition to his room is a big boy pillow.  He thinks he is so cool! He loves to rotate what end he wants it on and is constantly switching it up. 

This past week we went to Hawaii and Benjamin experienced many firsts...

First plane ride...

He was very into getting the pilot's autograph. Ha!

First time seeing a beach...

He wasn't too sure at first...

But ended up being a beach baby!

First dirty shoes!!!!

I am thrilled to announce that he is finally showing interest in walking! I am going to frame these dirty soled shoes.  It was one of the best days of my life!

Benjamin's 18th month has brought on a HUGE, MASSIVE, GINORMOUS love for his Daddy.  He wants nothing to do with anyone if Will is in the room.  I am all for loving a Dad but geez this kid is obsessed!

Benjamin we love your unpredictable personality.
