9 Months!

Well, another month has come and gone.  My baby is now 9 months old which means we have been connected at the hip (literally) for 1 1/2 years counting my pregnancy.
She is so loved, so cherished, and so much fun!
Loves: Hearing her name, clapping, dancing ANYTIME music is on (it is adorable), feeding herself soft table food, her paci (she is a master at putting in/taking it out/finding it in her crib), her brother!, Hank, waving, 'talking' all day long, swinging, jewelry (she will find and play with any piece of jewelry she comes in contact with), puts EVERYTHING in her mouth
Not A Fan Of: BATHS! (This has been the month of screaming like a crazy lady anytime she was in the tub.  Thankfully we are on bath #2 of her loving it!), having her clothes changed, not being able to see me, tummy time :/
Rebecca eats 4 times a day (8 oz bottles) and has three solid meals.  She sleeps 7ish-7ish - a few times a weeks she wakes up in the middle of the night and 'talks' to herself before falling back asleep again.  She naps from 9 - 9:30, 12:30-2:30, and 5:00-5:30.  She is a solid sitter, master at manipulating things with her hands, and super vocal.  Following her big brothers lead she is slow to join the moving club.  She hates tummy time, rolls to her tummy (minus one arm) only in her crib, and has yet to start showing any interest in crawling.
We went to the doctor yesterday and it was great timing because she was sick with another ear infection.  We were able to get her well visit and some meds for that while we were there.  She weighs 19 pounds .5 ounces (50-75%), is 27.5 inches long (50-75%), and her head is 18 inches round (95%). The size of her head makes me laugh. :)
Big news this month is she got a helmet!
I was in the doctor's office for a sick visit and mentioned her head shape to the doctor.  Before I knew it we were in Dallas being fitted for a DOC band to correct her flat and cone head that happened in my belly.
She still is just too adorable.
Being fitted for the band... yes that is a mesh sock over her entire face. :(
Good news is she has friend who will be joining the helmet club...
(Note: They look SO different in these pictures.  My family has laughed and laughed at the sight of them. HILARIOUS.)
 Rocking the helmet!

 Wonky Heads Unite!

23 hours a day she is living in it...
 She eats in it.
 Wears other hats in it.
(Thanks Pop for showing me her head is SO big a grown mans hat will fit on her head.)
 Plays in it.
I am in love with this picture.  The boots.  The undies.  The chunky legs.  In love with these babies.
 And she sleeps in it.
This month Benjamin and her relationship has blossomed.  He loves to help feed her, give her toys, read her books, and LOVES pushing her in the stroller.

How am I so blessed to have these precious children?
 God is so good.

 Picnic outside watching the balloons.

 She loves books!
Here she is catching up on US Weekly.
She insisted on sleeping with the wipes fussing every time I would try to take them out.  She later hated the noise they made when her foot hit them so she feel asleep with it in the air.
She had her first allergic reaction to something outside at my friends house.  What the heck is it with my kids an allergies!?!?
Rebecca has found a loyal friend in Hank.

Rebecca is just heaven.  I am loving watching her grow and become a tiny person.
I can't wait to see what new things this next month will bring!
